South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Regular Meeting - April 28, 2000 <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Kahn, seconded COMMISSION APPROVED THE CLAIMS <br />by Ms. Jones and unanimously carried, SUBMITTED APRIL 28, 2000, AND <br />ORDERED THE CHECKS TO BE RELEASED <br />the Commission approved the Claims <br />submitted April 28, 2000, and ordered <br />the checks to be released. <br />4. COMMUNICATIONS <br />There were no Communications. THERE WERE NO COMMUNICATIONS <br />5. OLD BUSINESS <br />There was no Old Business. THERE WAS NO OLD BUSINESS <br />6. NEW BUSINESS <br />a. Postponement of the Public <br />Hearing on Resolution No. 1749 <br />Amending the Development Plan <br />for the Sample -Ewing Development <br />Area. <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that the Notice of <br />Public Hearing on Resolution No. <br />1749 Amending the Development <br />Plan for the Sample -Ewing <br />Development Area was not <br />published. Therefore, the Notice of <br />Public Hearing will be published on <br />Friday, April 28, 2000, and the <br />Public Hearing is scheduled for May <br />19, 2000, at 10:00 a.m. <br />b. Commission approval requested <br />for Resolution No. 1751 accepting <br />the transfer of real property from <br />the South Bend Redevelopment <br />Authority. <br />-3- <br />
