South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Regular Meeting - March 17, 2000 <br />6. NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />f. continued... <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Jones, seconded <br />by Mr. Kahn and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission approved the Sign from <br />Ameriplex in connection with property <br />in the Airport Economic Development <br />Area. <br />7. PROGRESS REPORTS <br />Mrs. Kolata reported that the Business <br />District Action Team has received proposals <br />from the Commercial Corridors for 2000 <br />funding. There have been meetings <br />regarding those proposals and <br />recommendations have been sent to the <br />Mayor for his review. <br />She also reported that bids will be sent out <br />on Monday for plantings in the wetland area <br />and landscaping and irrigation of Crescent <br />Circle, the end of Moreau Court and the cul- <br />de -sac all in the Airport Economic <br />Development Area. <br />Mrs. Kolata reported that demolition bids <br />were sent out in connection with the <br />Standard Surplus building. The bids are due <br />on April 3, 2000.
