NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />b. continued... <br />As of 10:00 a.m. this morning no <br />written remonstrances were received. <br />She also stated that it was brought to <br />her attention that the Tri- County <br />News published one of the addresses <br />incorrectly. She stated that the <br />property at 1315 E. Fellows which <br />was incorrectly published by the Tri- <br />County News needs to be removed <br />from Exhibit B of Resolution No. <br />1741 and re- advertised. Mrs. Kolata <br />stated that the staff will bring another <br />resolution in connection with the <br />property at 1315 E. Fellows to a <br />future meeting of the Commission. <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that Resolution <br />No. 1741 amends the Sample -Ewing <br />Development Area Development Plan <br />by adding the properties at 133 E. <br />Broadway owned by American <br />Bankers Life Assurance and the <br />parcel on west Sample Street, just <br />west of the Standard Surplus building, <br />owned by Indiana and Michigan <br />Electric Company to the acquisition <br />list. <br />-4- <br />
