NEW BUSINESS <br />a. Appointment of member to the <br />Joint Committee for Blackthorn <br />Golf Course. <br />THERE WERE NO COMMUNICATIONS <br />THERE WAS NO OLD BUSINESS <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that Michael APPOINTMENT OF MARCIA JONES AS <br />Donoho resigned as a member of the MEMBER OF JOINT COMMITTEE FOR <br />Blackthorn Joint Committee. There is BLACKTHORN GOLF COURSE <br />a vacancy on the Committee as a <br />result of Mr. Donoho's resignation. <br />Mr. Hunt made a motion to appoint <br />Marcia Jones to the Blackthorn Golf <br />Course Joint Committee. Mr. <br />Faccenda seconded the motion and it <br />was unanimously carried. <br />b. Public Hearing on Resolution No. <br />1741. <br />Mrs. Kolata asked that the following <br />items be entered into the record: <br />Affidavits from the South Bend <br />Tribune and Tri- County News that the <br />Notice of Public Hearing was <br />published on February 18, 2000; a <br />statement from Hedy Robinson that a <br />copy of the Notice of Public Hearing <br />was sent to the affected property <br />owners and registered neighborhood <br />associations. <br />-3- <br />
