Commission approval requested <br />for Loan and Grant in connection <br />with the Affordable Loan Program <br />for property at 142 N. Illinois. <br />(Jeanette Anderson) <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that the loan is in <br />the amount of $3,100.00 at 0% <br />interest for 10 years with monthly <br />payments of $25.83. The grant is in <br />the amount of $2,914.33. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Jones, <br />seconded by Mr. Kahn and <br />unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the Loan and <br />Grant in connection with the <br />property at 142 N. Commission approval requested <br />for Loan and Grant in connection <br />with the Affordable Loan Program <br />for property at 1207 Altgeld. <br />(Deborah Bogeart) <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that the loan is in <br />the amount of $3,600.00 at 3% <br />interest for 10 years with monthly <br />payments of $34.76. The grant is in <br />the amount of $2,270.40. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Jones, <br />seconded by Mr. Kahn and <br />unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the Loan and <br />Grant in connection with the <br />Affordable Loan Program for <br />COMMISSION APPROVED THE LOAN <br />AND GRANT IN CONNECTION WITH <br />THE PROPERTY AT 142 N.
