(Legal Descriptions) <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that two legal <br />descriptions and a CAD Map are <br />needed in order to expand the <br />Airport Economic Development <br />Area. The two proposals were <br />received from Lang, Feeney and <br />Associates, Inc. in the amount of <br />$100.00 per legal description plus <br />$50/hour for CAD work and Fisher <br />Land Surveying Services, Inc. in the <br />amount of $350.00. The staff <br />recommends accepting the proposal <br />from Lang, Feeney & Associates, <br />Inc. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Jones, <br />COMMISSION ACCEPTED THE <br />seconded by Mr. Kahn and <br />PROPOSAL FROM LANG, FEENEY & <br />unanimously carried, the <br />ASSOCIATES, INC. FOR PROFESSIONAL <br />Commission accepted the proposal <br />SERVICES IN THE AIRPORT ECONOMIC <br />DEVELOPMENT AREA (LEGAL <br />from Lang, Feeney & Associates, <br />DESCRIPTIONS) <br />Inc. for professional services in the <br />Airport Economic Development <br />Area.
