Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 1735 appropriating <br />monies for the purpose of defraying <br />expenses of certain local public <br />improvements for the fiscal year <br />beginning January 1, 2000, and <br />ending December 31, 2000, <br />including all outstanding claims <br />and obligations, fixing a time when <br />the same shall take effect. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Donoho, <br />seconded by Ms. Jones and <br />unanimously carried, the Commission <br />adopted Resolution No. 1735 <br />appropriating monies for the purpose <br />of defraying expenses of certain local <br />public improvements for the fiscal <br />year beginning January 1, 2000, and <br />ending December 31, 2000, including <br />all outstanding claims and <br />obligations, fixing a time when the <br />same shall take effect <br />c. Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 1738 relating to <br />acquisition of property within the <br />South Bend Central Development <br />Area by Eminent Domain. <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that Resolution <br />No. 1738 authorizes two purchase <br />offers to be sent relative to the <br />properties at 215 S. Main St. and 210 <br />W. Monroe St. One of the properties <br />is a vacant lot and the other is the Bell <br />Parts property.
