South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Regular Meeting - December 17, 1999 <br />Mrs. Kolata asked permission to enter the <br />following items into the record: Affidavits <br />from the Tri- County News and South <br />Bend Tribune that the Notice of Public <br />Hearing was published in those <br />newspapers on December 3, 1999, a memo <br />from Michael Giulioni stating that the <br />Notice of Public Hearing was sent to the <br />affected property owners and registered <br />neighborhood associations on December 6, <br />1999, and one written remonstrance has <br />been received from Michael Barnes, <br />Barnes and Thornburg, on behalf of <br />Patricia J. Bell owner of 210 W. Monroe <br />St. Mrs. Kolata read the remonstrance to <br />the Commission for its consideration and <br />it is as follows: "To The Redevelopment <br />Commission of the City of South Bend, <br />AWN Department of Redevelopment. The <br />undersigned, PATRICIA J. BELL, owner <br />of real property in the City of South Bend, <br />Indiana, opposes and hereby remonstrates <br />AGAINST Resolution No. 1723 <br />amending the South Bend Central <br />Development Area Development Plan by <br />adding the following parcels of land to the <br />list of property to be acquired within the <br />South Bend Central Development Area: <br />Parcels C14 -1, 2 & 3, tax key # 18 -3015- <br />0575, owner Patricia J. Bell of the <br />property at 210 W. Monroe Street, for the <br />reasons that the amendment does not meet <br />the statutory requirements of , inter alia, <br />Indiana Code § §36- 7 -1 -3, 36- 7 -14 -15 and <br />36- 7- 14 -41." <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that Resolution No. <br />1723 amends the South Bend Central <br />C, <br />
