" <br />Mr. Ron Radecki, President of the Board <br />of Trustees of the Studebaker Museum, <br />presented a site plan of the proposed new <br />Studebaker Museum to the Commission <br />for its consideration. <br />He stated that the property at 210 W. <br />Monroe Street will be the gateway to the <br />new site. The new building which will be <br />constructed on the site referenced above <br />will have an "open" parking lot with 126 <br />parking spaces. The parking lot has been <br />designed to work adjacent with Coveleski <br />Stadium. The Cove's patrons will be able <br />to use the Studebaker Museum parking lot <br />for major events and vice versa. Mr. <br />Radecki also stated that a children's <br />science park will be constructed. The park <br />will be built on the Bell parking lot and on <br />the space north of the new museum. The <br />children's science center will be an <br />enclosed space with a fence for protection. <br />Mr. Hunt asked if there was anyone else <br />who wished to speak regarding Resolution <br />No. 1723. There was no one else who <br />wished to speak. Mr. Hunt closed the <br />public hearing for whatever action the <br />Commission wished to take. <br />e.
