NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />i. continued... <br />The Letter from Trans Tech Electric, Inc. <br />stated that they would hold the City of South <br />Bend harmless for any claims which may <br />arise from accident or injury to any person <br />or property due to operations performed by <br />Trans Tech Electric, Inc. during the course <br />of their work. They will provide the City of <br />South Bend with a certificate of insurance <br />naming the City as an additional insured and <br />they will leave the property in a condition <br />which is equal to or improved upon <br />completion of its operation on site. Mrs. <br />Kolata stated that Trans Tech wants to use <br />the lot until February and recommended <br />adding a provision allowing the Commission <br />to terminate the agreement upon 30 days <br />notice. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Blake, seconded by COMMISSION AUTHORIZED THE USE OF THE <br />Ms. Jones and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission authorized the use of the <br />property at the southeast corner of Sample <br />and Franklin Streets in the Sample -Ewing <br />Development Area, subject to a 30 -day <br />notice of cancellation by the Commission. <br />(Trans Tech Electric, Inc.) <br />j.
