The <br />Subordination Agreement will allow Fleet <br />Mortgage Corporation's mortgage to remain <br />in first place. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Blake, seconded by <br />Ms. Jones and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the Subordination <br />Agreement in connection with the property <br />at 1349 E. Dubail Street. (Daniel Kois) <br />k. Commission approval requested for <br />Certificate of Waiver in connection with <br />the Rental Rehab Loan Program for <br />property at 617 N. Cushing. (Leo Kelsch) <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that the Certificate of <br />Waiver forgives $533.20 as of August 15, <br />1999. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Donoho, seconded by <br />Ms. Jones and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the Certificate of <br />Waiver in connection with the Rental Rehab <br />Loan Program for property at 617 N. <br />Cushing.
