This is being approved so that <br />work can begin on the site prior to the sale <br />of the property. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Jones, seconded by <br />Mr. Faccenda and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission approved the <br />Indemnification and Hold Harmless <br />Agreement in connection with property in <br />the Airport Economic Development Area. <br />(Lone Wolf Enterprises, LLC) <br />c. Commission approval requested for <br />proposal for services in the Airport <br />Economic Development Area. <br />( NIPSCO: Installation of Gas Lines) <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that NIPSCO will <br />extend the gas main in the U.S. 31 <br />Industrial Park. The cost of the work is <br />$10,542.00. The City will pay NIPSCO in <br />advance for the extension of the gas main, <br />and NIPSCO will reimburse the City as <br />users "tie in" their gas lines into the gas <br />main. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Jones, seconded by <br />Mr. Blake and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission accepted the proposal from <br />NIPSCO in the amount of $10,542 for <br />services in the Airport Economic <br />Development Area.
