NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />a. continued... <br />construction of a 40,000 sf <br />office /manufacturing facility for Deluxe <br />Sheet Metal. <br />Phase II consists of the development of the <br />remaining parcels within the 17.7 acres of <br />land. Those parcels of land are anticipated <br />to be developed and sold for construction <br />of future facilities. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, seconded <br />by Mr. Blake and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the Contract for <br />Sale of Land in connection with the <br />property in the Airport Economic <br />Development Area. (Lone Wolf <br />Enterprises, LLC) <br />b. Commission approval requested for <br />Indemnification and Hold Harmless <br />Agreement in connection with property <br />in the Airport Economic Development <br />Area. (Lone Wolf Enterprises, LLC) <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that the Indemnification <br />and Hold Harmless Agreement <br />indemnifies the City of South Bend and <br />the South Bend Redevelopment <br />Commission against any and all claims <br />and liabilities arising out of the permitted <br />use of the Commission land for <br />excavation, road construction, land <br />development, site work and preparation <br />related to the construction of a new <br />industrial building to house Deluxe Sheet <br />-2- <br />COMMISSION APPROVED THE CONTRACT FOR <br />SALE OF LAND IN CONNECTION WITH THE <br />PROPERTY IN THE AIRPORT ECONOMIC <br />DEVELOPMENT AREA (LONE WOLF ENTERPRISES, <br />LLC) <br />
