South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Regular Meeting - October 1, 1999 <br />6. NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />a. continued... <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, <br />seconded by Mr. Donoho and <br />unanimously carried, the Commission <br />accepted the counter offer from Philip J <br />Traub in the amount of $525,000.00 for <br />the former Hardee's restaurant (201 S. <br />Main) in the South Bend Central <br />Development Area. <br />b. Staff report on disposition of <br />property in the South Bend Central <br />Development Area. (Michigan Street <br />Shops) <br />Mrs. Kolata asked that item 6.b. be <br />tabled. There was no objection and <br />item 6.b. was tabled. <br />c. Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 1711 Setting the Fair <br />Re -Use Value of Property in the <br />South Bend Central Development <br />Area. (Disposition Parcels C4 -39A <br />and 39B) <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that Parcels C4 -39A <br />and 39B total approximately 23,814 sf. <br />and are known as the former Senor <br />Kelly's parking lot. The disposition <br />price is $183,000.00 and the proposed <br />re -use is office /retail. <br />-4- <br />COMMISSION ACCEPTED THE COUNTER OFFER <br />FROM PHILIP J. TRAUB IN THE AMOUNT OF <br />$525,000.00 FOR THE FORMER HARDEE'S <br />RESTAURANT (201 S. MAIN) IN THE SOUTH BEND <br />CENTRAL DEVELOPMENT AREA <br />ITEM 6.13. WAS TABLED <br />
