NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />a. continued... <br />The total square footage of the proposed <br />project is 10,411 sf. The landscaping and <br />signage will conform to the requirements <br />set out in the Studebaker Corridor Design <br />Guidelines. The interior of the restaurant <br />will contain memorabilia and photos, as <br />they are available, tied to the historical <br />theme of the historical Studebaker <br />automobile and other Studebaker products. <br />There will be no tax abatement requested <br />in conjunction with the proposed <br />development. There will not be any sale <br />or dispensing of alcoholic beverages on <br />the site. <br />The developer proposes to work with the <br />Urban Enterprise Association and its Zone <br />Resident Employment Program to place <br />qualified residents into positions of <br />employment. The planned development <br />will create 36 to 40 new jobs. <br />All efforts will be made to work with the <br />owners of the adjoining sites to develop <br />the area to its fullest extent, including but <br />not limited to circulation and parking on <br />the site. <br />The proposed development will be <br />constructed of high quality materials and <br />workmanship. The landscaping and <br />parking areas will be maintained in a <br />manner in keeping with the image of the <br />community and the area. <br />.In <br />
