Commission approval requested for <br />proposal for professional services in <br />the Sample -Ewing Development Area. <br />(414 W. Sample) <br />Mrs. Kolata asked that item 6.d. be <br />tabled. There were no objections and <br />item 6.d. was tabled. <br />e. Commission approval requested for <br />Contract with International Industrial <br />Centre, Inc. to share the cost of <br />constructing Showerlux Drive in the <br />Airport Economic Development Area. <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that the City is <br />committed to having Showerlux Drive <br />constructed by the end of June 1999. <br />International Industrial Centre, Inc. will <br />pay 50 percent of the actual cost to <br />construct the road, with a cap at 50 <br />percent of the $259,200 cost estimate. <br />The construction bid received was in the <br />amount of $192,000.
