The homes will be <br />available for low -to- moderate income <br />families. Ms. Andrews also stated that <br />the tax reduction plays an integral part <br />in providing new housing to low -to- <br />moderate income families. In addition, <br />the homeowners would be eligible for a <br />mortgage subsidy. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, <br />seconded by Mr. Donoho and carried, <br />the Commission adopted Resolution <br />No. 1675 approving an application for <br />real property tax deduction for property <br />at 1216 W. Colfax Avenue and 119, <br />123, 124, 127, 128, 131 and 132 Spruce <br />Street in the West Washington- Chapin <br />Development Area.
