South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Special Meeting - March 26, 1999 <br />3. OLD BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />a. continued.... <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, <br />seconded by Mr. Donoho and <br />unanimously carried, the Commission <br />approved the Lease and Addendum with <br />Da -Lin, Inc.'s (d.b.a Quizno's Classic <br />Subs) for property in the South Bend <br />Central Development Area. <br />4. NEW BUSINESS <br />Mrs. Kolata asked that items 4.a. and 4.b. be <br />tabled. There was no objection and items <br />4.a. and 4.b. were tabled. <br />5. NEXT COMMISSION MEETING: <br />The next Regular Meeting of the <br />Redevelopment Commission has been <br />rescheduled to April 9, 1999, at 10:00 a.m. <br />6. ADJOURNMENT <br />There being no further business to come <br />before the Redevelopment Commission, <br />Mr. Donoho made a motion that the meeting <br />be adjourned.
