APPROVAL OF CLAIMS (CONT.) <br />420 SBCDA GENERAL ACCOUNT <br />CB Richard Ellis /Sturges Bradley <br />NIPSCO <br />American Electric Power <br />CB Richard Ellis /Sturges Bradley <br />Rose Exterminator Co. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, seconded by <br />Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the Claims submitted <br />March 26, 1999, and ordered the checks to be <br />released. <br />3. OLD BUSINESS <br />a. Commission approval requested for <br />Lease and Addendum with Da -Lin, <br />AWK <br />Inc.'s (d.b.a Quizno's Classic Subs) <br />for property in the South Bend <br />Central Development Area. <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that both the Lease <br />and Addendum have been modified to <br />meet Da -Lin, Inc.'s (the franchisee) and <br />the Quizno Corporation's requirements. <br />The Quizno Corporation is not a party to <br />the Agreement; however, Da -Lin, Inc. <br />(the franchisee) needed Quizno's <br />approval before it could sign the Lease. <br />The term of the Lease is 7 years with <br />two four -year renewal options.
