NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />f. continued.... <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that the loan is in the <br />amount of $5,100 at 5% interest for 10 <br />years with monthly payments of $54.09. <br />The grant is in the amount of $2,103.09. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Donoho, seconded <br />by Ms. Schwartz and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission approved the Loan and <br />Grant in connection with the Affordable <br />Loan Program for property at 1313 N. <br />Huey St. (Linda Foster - Williams) <br />g. Commission approval requested for <br />Certificate of Waiver in connection with <br />the Rental Rehab Loan Program for <br />APIN property at 305 E. Fox. (Alfonso <br />Cardenas and Northern Oak Homes, <br />Inc.) <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that the Certificate of <br />Waiver forgives $750.00 as of November <br />23, 1998. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Schwartz, seconded <br />by Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission approved the Certificate <br />of Waiver in connection with the Rental <br />Rehab Loan Program for property at 305 <br />E. Fox.
