Commission approval requested for <br />Certificate of Waiver in connection with <br />the Rental Rehab Loan Program for <br />property at 235 E. Fox. (Alfonso <br />Cardenas and Northern Oak Homes, <br />Inc.) <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that the Certificate of <br />Waiver forgives $850.00 as of December <br />23, 1998. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Schwartz, seconded <br />by Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission approved the Certificate <br />of Waiver in connection with the Rental <br />Rehab Loan Program for property at 235 <br />E. Fox. (Alfonso Cardenas and Northern <br />Oak Homes, Inc.) <br />i. Commission approval requested for <br />proposal from R.E. Pitts and Associates <br />for appraisal services in the Sample - <br />Ewing Development Area. <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that the proposal <br />received from Rick Pitts in the amount of <br />$2,500 is to appraise Phase I— Parcel 2 in <br />the 700 block of Pennsylvania Avenue. <br />The land will be redeveloped for single - <br />family, residential housing.
