NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />c. continued.... <br />Mr. Hunt asked if there was anyone who <br />wished to speak in opposition to <br />Resolution No. 1669. There was no one <br />who wished to speak in opposition to <br />Resolution No. 1669. Mr. Hunt closed the <br />public hearing for whatever action the <br />Commission wished to take. <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that there is one minor <br />change to Resolution No. 1669 since it <br />was filed. She stated that on page six of <br />Resolution No. 1669, item 11 was added. <br />This states that the TIF for Expansion <br />Area No. 2 shall expire December 31, <br />2028. This is a requirement of the state <br />law, which went into effect approximately <br />a year ago. <br />d. Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 1669 Amending the West <br />Washington- Chapin Development Area <br />Development Plan. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Donoho, seconded <br />by Ms. Schwartz and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission adopted Resolution <br />No. 1669 Amending the West <br />Washington- Chapin Development Area <br />Development Plan. <br />e.
