NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />p. continued.... <br />Mr. Shaver stated that if Welsh Oil cannot <br />identify the new facility as being an <br />interstate highway location by installing <br />the high -rise sign, then Amoco will <br />withdraw its support. <br />He also stated that Welsh Oil is willing to <br />build the high -rise sign as low as it can be, <br />as long as it can still be seen from the <br />highway. <br />Mr. Hunt asked Mr. Shaver where is the <br />nearest service plaza on the Toll Road <br />both east and west. Mr. Shaver stated that <br />the nearest service plaza is approximately <br />twenty miles away from Welsh Oil's <br />facility on Brick Road. <br />Mr. Shaver stated that the Speedway <br />facility, which is near the location where <br />Welsh Oil plans to develop its project, has <br />a high -rise sign. Mr. Rock stated that <br />Speedway was in the county and there <br />were no restrictions on the height of the <br />high -rise sign when its facility was <br />developed. Mrs. Kolata stated that <br />Speedway was annexed into the City after <br />it was built. <br />Mr. Hunt asked Mrs. Kolata if there are <br />billboard options for Welsh Oil.
