NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />r. continued.... <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Schwartz, seconded <br />by Mr. Faccenda and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission approved the Satisfaction <br />of Obligations and Release of Mortgage. <br />(431 Cottage Grove) <br />s. Commission approval requested for <br />professional services in the Sample - <br />Ewing Development Area. <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that a piece of property <br />in the Sample -Ewing Development Area <br />needs to be replatted. The Commission <br />authorized Mrs. Kolata to sign all replats <br />of properties in any of the Redevelopment <br />project areas. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Schwartz, seconded <br />by Mr. Faccenda and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission authorized the Director to <br />sign the replat in the Sample -Ewing <br />Development Area and replats in all of the <br />Redevelopment project areas. <br />7.
