(Housing Development <br />Corporation) <br />q. Commission approval requested for <br />Satisfaction of Obligations and Release <br />of Mortgage. (511 Blaine) <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that the Housing <br />Development Corporation, owner of the <br />property at 511 Blaine, has satisfied all of <br />the Rental Rehab requirements and all <br />Waivers have been granted. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Schwartz, seconded COMMISSION APPROVED THE SATISFACTION OF <br />by Mr. Faccenda and unanimously carried, OBLIGATIONS AND RELEASE OF MORTGAGE.
