Annual Organizational Meeting - January 8, 1999 <br />3. ELECTION OF OFFICERS <br />Mrs. Kolata, Director, conducted the election ELECTION OF OFFICERS <br />of officers. <br />PRESIDENT <br />Ms. Schwartz nominated Mr. Robert W. Hunt <br />to serve as President of the South Bend <br />Redevelopment Commission. There were no <br />further nominations. The vote being <br />unanimous, Mr. Robert W. Hunt was elected <br />President for 1999. <br />VICE - PRESIDENT <br />Mr. Blake nominated Michael Donoho to <br />serve as Vice - President of the South Bend <br />Redevelopment Commission. There were no <br />further nominations. The vote being <br />unanimous, Mr. Donoho was elected Vice - <br />President for 1999. <br />SECRETARY <br />Mr. Hunt nominated Eugenia S. Schwartz to <br />serve as Secretary of the Redevelopment <br />Commission. There were no further <br />nominations. The vote being unanimous, Ms. <br />Schwartz was elected Secretary for 1999. <br />Mr. Hunt assumed the chair. <br />4. ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION NO. 1654 <br />SETTING THE MAXIMUM SALARIES <br />FOR 1999 AND APPOINTMENT OF <br />STAFF. <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that Resolution No. 1654 <br />parallels the City's Salary Ordinance.
