Commission approval requested for <br />Certificate of Waiver in connection with <br />the Rental Rehab Loan Program for <br />property at 1813 West Linden. <br />(Housing Development Corporation) <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that the Certificate of <br />Waiver forgives $526.50 as of October 18, <br />1998. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, seconded <br />by Ms. Schwartz and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission approved the Certificate <br />of Waiver in connection with the Rental <br />Rehab Loan Program for property at 1813 <br />West Linden.
