(Housing <br />Development Corporation) <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that the Certificate of <br />Waiver forgives $2,600 as of March 4, <br />1998. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, seconded <br />by Ms. Schwartz and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission approved the Certificate <br />of Waiver in connection with the Rental <br />Rehab Loan Program for property at 422 <br />N. College. (Housing Development <br />Corporation) <br />k. Commission approval requested for <br />Certificate of Waiver in connection with <br />the Rental Rehab Loan Program for <br />property at 901, 905 and 909 <br />Lincolnway West. (Housing <br />Development Corporation) <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that the Certificate of <br />Waiver forgives $4,500 as of May 30, <br />1998. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, seconded <br />by Ms. Schwartz and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission approved the Certificate <br />of Waiver in connection with the Rental <br />Rehab Loan Program for properties at 901, <br />905 and 909 Lincolnway West.
