Commission approval requested for <br />Certificate of Waiver in connection with <br />the Rental Rehab Loan Program for <br />property at 619 N. Cushing St. (Leo <br />and Cleora Kelsch) <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that the Certificate of <br />Waiver forgives $750 as of September 18, <br />1998. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, seconded <br />by Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission approved the Certificate <br />of Waiver in connection with the Rental <br />Rehab Loan Program for property at 619 <br />N. Cushing St. (Leo and Cleora Kelsch) <br />h. Commission approval requested for <br />Assignment to the Rental Rehabilitation <br />Loan Agreement for property at 1508 S. <br />Scott Street. (Timothy Hancz) <br />Mary Beth Thompson, Assistant Director <br />of the Bureau of Housing, stated that <br />Timothy Hancz called the Bureau of <br />Housing in late October of 1998, to state <br />that he wants to sell his property at 1508 <br />S. Scott Street. <br />She also stated that Mr. Hancz's property <br />has never received a waiver in the past <br />seven years. Mrs. Kolata asked <br />Ms. Thompson if Mr. Hancz qualified for <br />the Waiver. Ms. Thompson stated that <br />Mr. Hancz never contacted the Bureau of <br />Housing to have the necessary inspections <br />during this time period.
