South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Regular Meeting - December 4, 1998 <br />7. PROGRESS REPORTS (CONT.) <br />She also reported that the Wayne Garage brick <br />work has been repaired. Ramenda Mason did <br />a wonderful job reconstructing the brick. <br />Mrs. Kolata reported that the Morris <br />Performing Arts Center's project is moving <br />along. Bids were received in late October <br />1998 on six different bid packages. A couple <br />of the bid packages received were seriously <br />over budget and are being rebid. The bids are <br />due on December 16, 1998. <br />She also reported that Renalda Robinson of <br />the Northeast Neighborhood was the recipient <br />of the F. Jay Nimtz award. The event was <br />held on Tuesday, December 1, 1998, at 4:00 <br />p.m., at the Colfax Cultural Center. <br />8. NEXT COMMISSION MEETING: <br />The next Regular Meeting of the <br />Redevelopment Commission is scheduled for <br />December 18, 1998, at 10:00 a.m. <br />9. ADJOURNMENT <br />There being no further business to come <br />before the Redevelopment Commission, <br />Mr. Faccenda made a motion that the meeting <br />be adjourned.
