NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />t. continued.... <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Donoho, seconded <br />by Mr. Faccenda and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission accepted the proposal <br />from Crystal Mountain Water for <br />disposition of property in the Airport <br />Economic Development Area. <br />7. PROGRESS REPORTS <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that the Blackthorn <br />Corporate Park Bond refinancing will take <br />place on Tuesday, November 10, 1998, at <br />10:00 a.m. <br />She also reported that Michael Guilioni <br />began working for the Department of <br />Redevelopment on November 2, 1998. He <br />will be Project Manager of the South Bend <br />Central Development Area. Mr. Guilioni <br />has a Degree in Planning from Ryerson <br />Polytechnic Institute in Toronto, Ontario. <br />8.
