NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />s. continued.... <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Donoho, seconded <br />by Mr. Faccenda and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission approved the Certificate <br />of Waiver in connection with the Rental <br />Rehab Loan Program for property at 717 <br />N. Blaine. (Travis Shell) <br />t. Staff report on disposition of property <br />in the Airport Economic Development <br />Area. <br />The following staff report was presented to <br />the Commission for its consideration. <br />Two bids were received for Lot 3 in the <br />Toll Road Industrial Park. <br />The first bid received was from Rick <br />Newman of Crystal Mountain Water. <br />Mr. Newman proposes to purchase and <br />develop part of Lot 3 in the Toll Road <br />Industrial Park. The proposed purchase <br />price is $36,950 for a.97 acre site. Mr. <br />Newman submitted a 10 percent <br />performance guarantee of $3,950. <br />Mr. Newman proposes to construct a <br />13,500 sq ft addition to his current <br />building. This will double the size of his <br />current building.
