Taxes still paid per unit over <br />the five -year period will be approximately <br />$2,005.40. <br />Nancy Van Scoyk, Economic <br />Development Specialist, stated that the <br />project consists of six new model homes, <br />but only four of the homes are in the <br />Sample -Ewing Development Area, which <br />is a Tax Incremental Allocation Area. <br />Anne Bruneel requested that Exhibit A be <br />modified to remove the two properties at <br />416 S. Kenmore and 420 S. Kenmore, <br />which are not in the Sample -Ewing <br />Development Area. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Donoho, seconded <br />by Mr. Blake and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission adopted Resolution No. 1638 <br />approving an application for real property <br />tax deduction for property at 1911, 1915, <br />1919 and 1923 South Walnut Street in the <br />Sample -Ewing Development Area. <br />(Phoenix Development) <br />b.
