Mr. Klatt <br />stated that Lanier is the main name brand <br />used by Advanced Imaging Solutions, Inc. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, seconded <br />by Ms. Schwartz and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission adopted Resolution <br />No. 1630 approving an application for real <br />property tax deduction for property at <br />4070 Meghan Beeler Drive in the Airport <br />Economic Development Area. (K & L, <br />LLC (Advanced Imaging Solutions, Inc.) <br />Mr. Blake abstained. <br />b. Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 1631 approving an <br />application for real property tax <br />deduction for property at 1902 S. Main <br />Street in the Sample -Ewing <br />Development Area. ( Axelberg & <br />Axelberg, LLC (General Sheet Metal, <br />Inc.) <br />The following staff report was presented to <br />the Commission for its consideration. <br />General Sheet Metal, Inc. was founded in <br />1922. It provides metal fabricated <br />products to lawn, garden and towing <br />equipment industries. Due to increased <br />demand for its products, Axelberg & <br />Axelberg, LLC is planning a 24,000 sf <br />addition to its factory.
