NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />a. continued.... <br />Mr. Wojtysiak presented a schematic <br />drawing of the proposed facility to the <br />Commission. <br />Mr. Wojtysiak introduced Steve Klatt of <br />K & L, LLC. Mr. Wojtysiak stated that <br />Advanced Imaging Solutions, Inc. would <br />lease the building from K & L, LLC. <br />Ms. Schwartz asked Mr. Klatt if he holds <br />an interest in Advanced Imaging <br />Solutions, Inc. Mr. Klatt stated that he is <br />the president of Advanced Imaging <br />Solutions, Inc. <br />Ms. Schwartz asked Mr. Klatt about the <br />function of his business. Mr. Klatt stated <br />that Advanced Imaging Solutions, Inc. is <br />in the business of servicing and selling <br />office equipment. He also stated that <br />Advanced Imaging Solutions, Inc. is in the <br />process of setting up a conditioning center, <br />which is part of the reason for the need to <br />construct a new facility. He stated that in <br />the past three years, Advanced Imaging <br />Solutions, Inc.'s personnel has grown from <br />approximately twenty -two employees to <br />56 employees. <br />Mr. Klatt stated that Advanced Imaging <br />Solutions, Inc. is looking into <br />remanufacturing toner cartridges for HP <br />printers, etc. <br />H: \WPDATA \COMMSN\082198.MIN -7- <br />
