Ms. Schwartz abstained. <br />4. COMMUNICATIONS <br />There were no Communications. <br />5. OLD BUSINESS <br />a. Commission approval requested for <br />Loan and Grant in connection with the <br />Affordable Loan Program for property <br />at 617 S. Columbia. (William W. <br />Taylor) <br />The Commission tabled this item at the <br />last meeting because there were some <br />questions which needed to be answered by <br />the Bureau of Housing relative to the <br />house at 617 W. Columbia. Mary Beth <br />Thompson of the Bureau of Housing <br />stated that the house is worth the cost it <br />would take to redo the roof.
