Mrs. Kolata stated that the <br />retail space has been improved by the <br />Michiana Arts and Science Council. The <br />facility's restrooms are common restrooms <br />through a rear hall and are readily available <br />through the retail space. There have been <br />inquiries regarding the retail space. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Schwartz, seconded <br />by Mr. Blake and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the Bid Specifications <br />and Design Guidelines for property at 101 W. <br />Colfax Street in the South Bend Central <br />Development Area.
