NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />h. continued.... <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Blake, seconded by <br />Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the Certificate of <br />Waiver in connection with the Rental <br />Rehab Loan Program for property located <br />at 421 N. Blaine. (Nicholas & Mary Ann <br />Kenkel) <br />i. Commission approval requested for <br />Certificate of Waiver in connection with <br />the Rental Rehab Loan Program for <br />property located at 1215 E. Calvert. <br />(Dennis & Janice Papczynski) <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that this Certificate of <br />Waiver would forgive $1,213.90 as of <br />February 1, 1998. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Blake, seconded by <br />Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the Certificate of <br />Waiver in connection with the Rental <br />Rehab Loan Program for property located. <br />at 1215 E.
