South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Regular Meeting - July 17, 1998 <br />A closing with Crescent Michiana Properties <br />occurred on July 14, 1998. <br />Diane Muller, an Intern, is updating the tax <br />abatement study that was done several years <br />ago. She has also put together a draft of <br />Redevelopment's procedure manual. <br />For the first six months of 1998, Blackthorn <br />Golf Course is showing a profit of $120,000. <br />It was projected in the 1998 Budget that the <br />golf course would be at a negative $27,000 at <br />the end of June 1998. Mrs. Kolata stated that <br />Blackthorn Golf Course makes most of its <br />profits during the summer months of the golf <br />season. The revenues were higher than the <br />budget and the expenditures were under the <br />budget. Mrs. Kolata complimented <br />Meadowbrook Golf on their excellent <br />performance. <br />8.
