Mr. Hunt closed <br />the public hearing for whatever action the <br />Commission wished to take. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Blake, seconded <br />COMMISSION ADOPTED RESOLUTION NO. 1616, A <br />by Ms. Schwartz and unanimously <br />SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION RESOLUTION OF <br />carried, the Commission adopted <br />THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT <br />Resolution No. 1616, a supplemental <br />COMMISSION (SAMPLE -EWING DEVELOPMENT <br />AREA) <br />appropriation resolution of the City of <br />South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />(Sample -Ewing Development Area). <br />e. Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 1618 approving an <br />application for real property tax <br />deduction for property located in the <br />West Washington- Chapin <br />Development Area. (South Bend <br />Heritage Foundation) <br />South Bend Heritage Foundation is <br />developing new housing in the West <br />Washington Neighborhood. They are <br />proposing a new subdivision that makes <br />up primarily the 1300 and 1400 blocks of <br />West Washington Street. Twenty lots <br />will be replatted in order to construct 17 <br />new, single - family homes. Lot sizes on <br />the north side of West Washington Street <br />will be 123.75' deep, with widths varying <br />from 46' to 54.5'. Lot sizes on the south <br />side of West Washington Street will be <br />from 103.5' to 115.5' deep, with widths <br />varying from 46' to 60'.
