NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />c. continued.... <br />Commission wished to take. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, <br />seconded by Mr. Blake and unanimously <br />carried, the Commission adopted <br />Resolution No. 1615, a supplemental <br />appropriation resolution of the City of <br />South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />(Airport Economic Development Area). <br />d. Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 1616, a supplemental <br />appropriation resolution of the City of <br />South Bend Redevelopment <br />Commission (Sample -Ewing <br />Development Area). <br />Mrs. Kolata asked that the following <br />items be entered into the record: <br />Affidavits from the South Bend Tribune <br />and Tri- County News that the Notice of <br />Public Hearing was published in those <br />newspapers on June 19, 1998. <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that this resolution <br />appropriates $779,646 in the Sample - <br />Ewing Development Area. She also <br />stated that there are no debts outstanding <br />in the Sample -Ewing Development Area. <br />The money being appropriated will be <br />used for acquisitions, relocations and <br />public improvements. <br />Mr. Hunt opened the public hearing for <br />anyone who wished to speak regarding <br />Resolution No. 1616.
