The scale of the project <br />and the fact that it is a single, corporate <br />user are reasons why the staff is willing <br />to recommend tax abatement. <br />The staff recommends adopting <br />Resolution No. 1609. Mrs. Kolata also <br />requested that Crescent Michiana <br />Properties, LLC continue to work with <br />the staff on the final design of the <br />project. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Blake, seconded <br />by Mr. Faccenda and unanimously <br />carried, the Commission adopted <br />Resolution No. 1609 approving an <br />application for real property tax <br />deduction for property located in the <br />Airport Economic Development Area. <br />(South Bend Redevelopment <br />Department for the benefit of Crescent <br />Michiana Properties, LLC). THE COMMISSION REQUESTED THAT <br />CRESCENT MICHIANA PROPERTIES, LLC WORK <br />WITH THE STAFF ON THE FINAL DESIGN OF THE <br />PROJECT AND COME BACK TO THE COMMISSION <br />FOR APPROVAL OF THE FINAL DESIGN OF THE <br />PROJECT <br />
