South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Regular Meeting - March 20, 1998 <br />6. NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />a. continued.... <br />Upon a motion by Mrs. Schwartz, <br />seconded by Mr. Donoho and <br />unanimously carried, the Commission <br />adopted Resolution No. 1594 <br />Commending Paula N. Auburn for <br />extraordinary service to the South Bend <br />Redevelopment Commission. <br />Mayor Steve Luecke presented Mrs. <br />Auburn with a key to the City. He <br />thanked Mrs. Auburn for all the hard work <br />she has done for the City of South Bend. <br />5. OLD BUSINESS <br />a. Commission approval requested for <br />proposal from The Troyer Group for a <br />feasibility study of property located in <br />the Sample -Ewing Development Area. <br />Mrs. Kolata stated this item was tabled at <br />the March 6, 1998, meeting because a <br />page was missing from The Troyer <br />Group's proposal and that page included <br />the not -to- exceed amount of the proposal. <br />The proposal is for a feasibility study of <br />the 700 block on Indiana Avenue between <br />Chapin and Scott Streets in the Rum <br />Village Area as well as for miscellaneous <br />services in the Sample -Ewing <br />Development Area for a fee not -to- exceed <br />$25,000. <br />-7- <br />COMMISSION ADOPTED RESOLUTION NO. 1594 <br />COMMENDING PAULA N. AUBURN FOR <br />EXTRAORDINARY SERVICE TO THE SOUTH BEND <br />REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION <br />
