Mrs. Schwartz abstained. <br />4. COMMUNICATIONS <br />There were no Communications. <br />Mrs. Kolata asked permission to add item 6.I. <br />to the agenda. There were no objections and <br />item 6.I. was added. <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that she would like to move <br />item 6.a. to the front of the agenda. There was <br />no objection to hearing this item first. <br />6. NEW BUSINESS <br />a. Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 1594 Commending <br />Paula N.
