Circuit Protection and Control Diagram <br />Copies of all job -specific, computer network input and output (1/0) connections will be provided with <br />each chassis. The sheets will indicate the function of each module connection point, circuit protection <br />information (where applicable), wire numbers, wire colors and load management information. <br />On -Board Electrical System Diagnostics <br />Advanced on -board diagnostic messages will be provided to support rapid troubleshooting of the <br />electrical power and control system. The diagnostic messages will be displayed on the information <br />center located at the driver's position. <br />The on -board information center will include the following diagnostic information: <br />• Text description of active warning or caution alarms <br />• Simplified warning indicators <br />• Amber caution indication with intermittent alarm <br />• Red warning indication with steady tone alarm <br />Prognostics <br />A software based vehicle tool will be provided to predict remaining life of the vehicles critical fluid and <br />events. <br />The system will send automatic indications to the Command Zone, color display and/or wireless <br />enabled device to proactively alert of upcoming service intervals. <br />Prognostics will include: <br />• Engine oil and filter <br />• Transmission oil and filter <br />• Pump oil (if equipped) <br />• Foam oil (if equipped) <br />• Aerial oil and filter (if equipped) <br />Advanced Diagnostics <br />An advanced, Windows -based, diagnostic software program will be provided for this control system. <br />The software will provide troubleshooting tools to service technicians equipped with a Windows -based <br />computer or wireless enabled device. <br />The service and maintenance software will be easy to understand and use and have the ability to view <br />system input/output (1/0) information. <br />Tech Module With WiFi <br />An in cab module will provide WiFi wireless interface and data logging capability. The WiFi interface <br />will comply with IEEE 802.11 b/g/n capabilities while communicating at 2.4 Gigahertz. The module will <br />provide an external antenna connection allowing a line of site communication range of up to 300 feet <br />with a roof mounted antenna. <br />45 of 89 <br />
