There shall be a total of six (6) LED weatherproof strip lights with brackets provided on the <br />apparatus. The lights shall be mounted in the following locations: two (2) lights shall be <br />provided under the rear step area, and two (2) lights shall be provided each side under the <br />pump panel running boards. <br />The lights shall be activated by parking brake control and switch in cab. <br />These lights shall meet NFPA requirements for perimeter scene lights. <br />HORN SYSTEM <br />Two (2) Grover air horns shall beprovided and located, in the front bumper, recessed inside <br />frame. The horn system shall be piped to the air brake system wet tank utilizing 0.38" tubing <br />A pressure protection valve shall be installed in -line to prevent the loss of air, in the air braki <br />system. <br />HORN CONTROL <br />Two (2) lanyard rope pull controls shall be provided, one (1) within reach of the driver and <br />one (1) within reach of the officer. <br />:LECTRONIC SIREN <br />A "Whelen, model 295 SLSA1, electronic siren with noise canceling microphone shall be <br />provided. <br />Electronic siren head shall be recessed in the cab above the engine tunnel on the driver side. <br />Siren shall be actuated by the siren control head. <br />There shall be one (1) speaker, Federal Signal DynaMax, Model ES100 with chrome finish <br />provided. Connection shall be connected to the siren amplifier. YES O <br />MECHANICAL SIREN, (Auxiliary) <br />A Federal Q213 siren shall be furnished. A siren brake button shall be installed on the switch <br />panel. <br />The control solenoid shall be powered up after the emergency master switch is activated <br />The mechanical siren shall be recessed in the front bumper on the left side. The siren shall be <br />supported by the bumper framework. <br />The mechanical siren shall be actuated by a foot switch on the officers side and by the horn <br />button in the steering wheel. The driver shall have the option to control the siren or the <br />chassis horns from the horn button by means of a selector switch located on the instrument <br />panel. <br />(2) go lights shall be on the left and right -side upper cab. These lights will be hard v <br />a panel switch in the cab that can be accessed from either the officer or driver's seat. <br />,DLIGHT FLASHER <br />The high beam headlights shall flash alternately between the left and right side, with a <br />control switch located on the cab instrument panel. <br />The flashing shall automatically cancel when the headlight switch is activated or when the <br />parking brake is set. <br />DIRECTING LIGHT <br />71. <br />
