The <br />motion was seconded by Ms. Schwartz and <br />passed. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Auburn, seconded by <br />Ms. Schwartz and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission ratified and approved the <br />amended list of Claims submitted February 6, <br />1998, and ordered the checks to be released. <br />4.
