NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />c. continued.... <br />Mr. Hunt opened the public hearing for <br />anyone who wished to speak regarding <br />Resolution No. 1568. There was no one <br />who wished to speak regarding <br />Resolution No. 1568. Mr. Hunt closed <br />the public hearing for whatever action the <br />Commission wished to take. <br />d. Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 1568, a supplemental <br />appropriation resolution of the City of <br />South Bend Redevelopment <br />Commission (South Bend Central <br />Development Area) <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Schwartz, COMMISSION ADOPTED RESOLUTION NO. 1568, A <br />seconded by Mr. Donoho and SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION RESOLUTION OF <br />unanimously carried, the Commission THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT <br />COMMISSION (SOUTH BEND CENTRAL <br />adopted Resolution No. 1568, a DEVELOPMENT AREA) <br />supplemental appropriation resolution of <br />the City of South Bend Redevelopment <br />Commission (South Bend Central <br />Development Area) <br />e. Public Hearing on Resolution No. 1569. <br />Mrs. Kolata asked that the following <br />items be entered into the record: <br />Affidavits from the Tri- County News and <br />South Bend Tribune that the Notice of <br />Public Hearing was published in those <br />newspapers on January 9, 1998. <br />Mrs. Kolata reported that Resolution <br />No. 1569 states the Commission's intent <br />to appropriate $1,223,756. <br />F:\HOMH\ CPHIPPS \WPDATA \COMMSN\012398.MIN -5- <br />
