NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />b. continued.... <br />by Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission adopted Resolution <br />No. 1567, a supplemental appropriation <br />resolution of the City of South Bend <br />Redevelopment Commission (Sample - <br />Ewing Development Area) <br />c. Public Hearing on Resolution No. 1568. <br />Mrs. Kolata asked that the following <br />items be entered into the record: <br />Affidavits from the Tri- County News and <br />South Bend Tribune that the Notice of <br />Public Hearing was published in those <br />newspapers on January 9, 1998. <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that this resolution <br />appropriates $450,000 of the South Bend <br />Central Development Area Tax Increment <br />funds. The budget for this appropriation <br />includes the 1998 operating budget for <br />the Wayne Parking Garage upgrades and <br />the Palais Royale retail space.
