NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />h. continued.... <br />Memorandum of Lease with Riggs Bank <br />and Company, as trustee for the Multi - <br />Employer Property Trust. <br />Anne Bruneel stated that the next <br />document is required by ERISA because <br />of the use of pension trust funds. This is <br />a Statement regarding parties and interest <br />and disqualifying persons under ERISA. <br />The document states that the Commission <br />has no interest in the investments. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Schwartz, <br />seconded by Mr. Donoho and <br />unanimously carried, the Commission <br />approved the Statement regarding parties <br />and interest and disqualifying persons <br />under ERISA. <br />Anne Bruneel stated that the next <br />document is a Release document. The <br />old transpo development agreement is <br />still showing on the title work for the <br />property located on Main and Jefferson <br />Streets.
